The thesis

Two rules that do not change with the scale of the engagement.

They hold for a two-week diagnostic and for a two-year program. What changes is the depth of the evidence — never the order of things.

Diagnosis before proposal. Decision recorded before code.

Most architecture projects start with a proposal of hours. ArquitechCorp starts with a closed, paid diagnostic with a defined deliverable. The diagnostic may conclude the project should not be done — and when it does, we say so before any larger commitment. That is why the first deliverable of every engagement is a decision recorded in an ADR, not a timeline.

The method is the same at any scale. Only the depth changes.

Four invariant steps: (1) evidence-based diagnostic, not perception; (2) recorded decision with alternatives and accepted risk; (3) implementation with the client's team, not in place of it; (4) ongoing operations with metrics, ownership, and periodic review. Without step 4, what was built becomes debt with good documentation.

There is no intermediary layer: whoever designs the architecture is whoever signs the design and answers for it in operations.

The origin of the response is Brazilian territory, and that is verifiable.

This site is served from Object Storage at Magalu Cloud (br-ne1 region) with Cloudflare for DNS, TLS, and cache. No third-party resources are loaded. No cookies. No tracking pixels. The CSP is genuinely restrictive because there are no external calls to whitelist.

100% of our infrastructure is code. Environments provisioned by IaC, decisions in ADRs, operations in runbooks. No indispensable manual procedures.

Official spelling: ArquitechCorp (with "r" and capital "C"). The variant "AquitechCorp" is a known vault error and was corrected before launch.
